Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, the candidate is responsible for providing advice, selling/leasing new and previously owned vehicles based on standards of gross profit, volume and the satisfaction of dealership clientele. Primary Duties:
Welcome the customers, and build a relationship of trust and demonstrate serious commitment to customer satisfaction Help the customers choose vehicles by asking them questions and listening carefully to their answers, in order to fully identify their needs Explain to potential customers product performance, functioning and advantages of each vehicle Describe any optional equipment the customer might purchase Offer to road test a vehicle for any potential customer Explain the terms and conditions governing long-term leases, as compared to traditional purchase arrangements, based on customer needs Know and understand the concepts of equity and residual value and be able to explain the principles of depreciation to the customer Negotiate the price and have the transaction approved by the Sales Manager APPLY TODAY FOR A CAREER TOMORROW! | LICENSED AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN (AST) |

Reporting to the Service Manager, this position works attentively in maintaining, repairing and servicing customer vehicles, to ensure safety and customer satisfaction, and overall department success. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Diagnose the source of any malfunctions and perform repair Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performing warranty repairs Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required Provide written, prioritized quotes for necessary additional work Explain procedures and repairs directly to Service Advisor, as required Document all work performed on repair order Perform road tests using safe driving standards Perform safety inspection, as per Government Standards Skills and Experience: Strong product knowledge Strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs Effective written and oral communication skills Good computer skills Basic math Good time management skills Organizational ability and attention to detail Ability to take ownership of concerns with a positive attitude and bring them to completion Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals Ideally, two (2) years minimum as an Automotive Service Technician One (1) year Honda/Acura product experience Dealership experience preferred Valid Automotive Service Technician (AST) Certification of Qualification, Class A Ozone Depletion Certificate Valid Ontario Driver's License Clean Driver's Abstract Apply, in confidence, to careers@acuraofnorthtoronto.com or fax to (416)352-7513 APPLY TODAY FOR A REWARDING CAREER TOMORROW!!!
